About Louise
Louise is a Primary School Teacher with over 34 years of experience in education, early Childhood and care. She has a special interest in supporting and guiding young children's learning in 1:1 and small group settings.

She specialises in Reading, Spelling, Writing and Maths tuition, supporting students with a diverse range of needs. Tuition is tailored and personalised to each child that is innovative, practical, engaging, purposeful and of course ..... fun !
Louise's approach to literacy instruction encompasses the Science of Reading approach, embedding phonological awareness, synthetic phonics, and receptive and expressive oral language skills.
After your enquiry, I will call to discuss your specific needs over the phone. Then we will book our 1st consultation session, where I meet you and your child. I will take a detailed case history and any relevant information. We will complete the required paperwork, and book in the first 1:1 tutoring session at a time and day that fits in with your family, and needs. I begin planning this session which will include diagnostic testing and practical hands on learning so I can ascertain your child's areas of learning needs for subsequent sessions.
